What next in publishing and writing?
You may have heard of people calling themselves mood readers. Well, I’m a mood writer. The only thing all my stories will have in common is love. I can’t always promise an HEA (Happily Ever After). But there will always be love. Oh and it’ll probably be a little messy at times.
So here’s what’s next for publishing:
My next book will release early Fall of 2024. Right now, the title is The Things We Break. This is a contemporary romance that explores what it’s like to love someone who is broken. The Things We Break will be very different from One Summer Knight. The themes and topics covered are heavier. I hope the readers that like the rawness and messiness of One Summer Knight will also like The Things We Break. (See Books tab for more info)
Arc sign up will be September(ish) and through The Nerd Fam.
What am I working on now?
I just finished the first draft of a short novella that will catch you up with the characters of One Summer Knight and The Things We Break. This will be released in late Fall of 2024.
If you want first access to this novella, sign up for my ‘non-newsletter’ on my website. No, I am not going to send out monthly, bi-monthly or any monthly newsletter. The only time I’ll email you is regarding publishing, arcs and/or preorders.
I’m currently working on book 3. This one is looking be a little more rom com and is set in Northern Minnesota. The tentative publishing date will be Spring of 2025.
One Summer Knight.
As of right now the only side character I can say with 99% confidence that will be getting their own story is Sara. You will get a little hint in the novella on when and where you might see her. But that book will not be out until late 2025. The only other side character is maybe Travis. I’ve always wanted to tell his story however I don’t think he gets an HEA.
