New Cover for The Things We Break?

The Things We Break is getting a new look. It will feature a brand-new cover and includes the epilogue, The Things We Mend.  While I'm calling this a special edition, it's also the beginning of a shift: I’ll be moving away from that type of illustrated covers for my contemporary romances starting with Book 4 coming Fall 2025.

I know the original cover meant a lot to many of you. But I’m moving in a different direction and want all my contemporary romance covers to reflect the stories inside and the brand I’m building as an author. This book and most of my future books cover and will cover heavier topics and I want my covers to better reflect that content. I really want to be one of those authors who's cover all look that the same. But I am not.

The original cover will be available for most of 2025. However, once the stock I have on hand is gone I will not be reordering it with the original. The cover will officially change on retail sites come September 2025.

For now, the special edition of The Things We Break will only be available at in-person events.

I have no plans for changing the cover of One Summer Knight, for now. That may change. Any books Cursed God series will have similar covers to that of Ella Moon.
